Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Membership Fees

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once access to community benefits has been granted.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Members may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time.

Cancellation will stop future billing cycles.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period unless required by law.

3. Event Registrations

Cancellation by Participant

  • More than 7 days before the event: Full refund
  • 3 to 7 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days before the event: No refund

Cancellation by WeThePeople

If WeThePeople cancels an event, registered participants will receive a full refund or transfer option.

4. Merchandise Orders

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted when:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect exists

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products
  • Limited edition products
  • Used or damaged items not caused by manufacturing defects

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Processing times typically range from 5 to 10 business days depending on the payment provider.
